Topic: Game Crashes every 15 Min

Ive played the game for 80+ hours now and I loved it but since the last patch my game crashes almost every 15 min sad

Hope you can help me fix this or fix this in the next patch it's currently ruining the fun of longer sessions for me.

I don't understand german,but i suppose the error make a reference to a memory right? like ''Couldn't read memory'' something like this,if yes the devs said they are going to fix it.It is happening to me when i leave the Looter settlement.
